Workflow Wright

Service Terms

Effective date: September 19, 2026  |  Terms version: 2026-09-19-v1

These terms apply to Workflow Wright services purchased through this website. A project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) controls if it expressly differs from these general terms.

1. Services and scope

Workflow Wright designs, configures, documents, and supports workflow automations for small businesses. A paid service does not automatically include every integration, feature, data migration, content service, or third-party subscription. The deliverables, assumptions, timeline, systems, and exclusions for a project are defined in its written SOW.

The full-buildout offering is quote-controlled. The advertised starting price is not a promise that every requested scope can be delivered for that amount.

How to request a refund

Contact info@workflowwright.com with the customer name, payment email, service, and a description of the request. Do not email card numbers, passwords, or other secrets. Refund requests are reviewed against the applicable SOW, these terms, payment status, and work completed.

4. Delivery, acceptance, and client responsibilities

Work begins after payment, written scope approval, and receipt of the access, sample data, decisions, and other client inputs identified in the SOW. Client-caused delays move the delivery timeline accordingly.

A deliverable is considered ready for acceptance when the SOW-listed workflow steps and agreed test cases have been completed and the documentation or handoff materials have been provided. The customer has five business days to identify material defects. A feature request, preference change, third-party outage, vendor change, incorrect access, or unsupported business result is not a material defect.

5. Warranty and results

Unless an SOW states otherwise, Workflow Wright will correct defects in the delivered work at no additional charge for 30 days after handover. The warranty does not cover changes made by the customer or another provider, connected-service outages or changes, unsupported uses, or information supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Workflow Wright does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, response rates, conversion rates, cost savings, rankings, or any other business result. Automations are tools whose results depend on the customer’s business, data, connected services, and decisions.

6. Maintenance and cancellation

Maintenance & Growth includes hosting and monitoring of the delivered workflow instance, error alerts with corrective action, routine adjustments, and one new workflow added per quarter. It excludes major new systems, migrations, unrelated custom development, and third-party vendor fees.

Customers can manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal link provided after payment, or by contacting info@workflowwright.com. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, not the moment the request is made.

7. Data, access, and security

Workflow Wright uses least-privilege access where practical and handles customer data only as needed to deliver the agreed workflow. Customers must not submit payment card data, Social Security numbers, medical or health information, legally privileged information, or other regulated data unless a separate written agreement has been executed.

Credentials are not placed in source code, ordinary documents, chat, or email. On termination, Workflow Wright will return or delete credentials and provide the agreed workflow export within the period stated in the SOW.

8. Changes, termination, and limitations

Changes outside the SOW require written approval and may require a separate quote. Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured after written notice. On termination, the customer remains responsible for work completed and approved third-party charges.

To the extent permitted by law, Workflow Wright’s total liability for a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. General

These terms and the applicable SOW constitute the agreement for the service. If the terms conflict, the signed SOW controls for that project. Kansas law governs, except to the extent another law must apply. Workflow Wright may update these terms for future purchases; the version accepted at checkout remains associated with that purchase.
